Thursday July 3, 2008-We will touch base with a new community organization called the Middleborough Friends.
They will discuss the purpose of their organization and current projects they are working on. Adam will also continue
discussion regarding ALS, also known as "Lou Gehrig's Disease" -- what it is and how it affects it's
victims, where the current research stands and it's prevalence in South Eastern Massachusetts. As always, we welcome
your comments and questions. In case we don't hear from you...HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!

Most of us have a coffee shop in our lives (mine is the Honey Dew on Centre Street in Middleboro).
Sure, we go there to start our day with a cup of java, but more than that, we go to socialize, discuss current events and
local politics. It's a comfortable place to hear other points of view and to express our own.
Coffee Shop Talk is your on-air coffee shop and I welcome you to call in with your point of
view. I hope you'll join me on Thursdays at 11am on 1460 AM WXBR. The show can also be heard streaming
live by WarpRadio and accessed on the WXBR website, just click the link below.
